Programuojamas ADTS 403 skirtas skrydžiams svarbių prietaisų (altimetrų, oro greičio indikatorių, kilimo greičio indikatorių ir skrydžių kompiuterių) tikrinimui.

ADTS 403 suprojektuotas taip, kad būtų galima sumontuoti į 19" bėgelius. Panaudojus IEEE 488 sąsajas prietaisą galima integruoti į egzstuojančias automatines tikrinimo sistemas

Visi prietaisai valdomi membraninės klaviatūros pagalba. Nuotolinio valdymo pultelis įtrauktas į komplektaciją, kaip standartinis įrenginys. Papildomas programų menedžeris leidžia sistemą valdyti tiesiogiai iš kompiuterio. Šios funkcijos dėka galima naudoti sudėtingas testavimo procedūras.
